Leads R&D, technology strategy, and product development, leveraging deep expertise in nano fabrication, custom tool design, and advanced automation.

Xella conducted research at Argonne National Lab, interned in technology development at Frore Systems in Silicon Valley, and was awarded the IBM PhD Fellowship for her research towards atomic scale additive manufacturing. 

Holds a PhD in Quantum Engineering from University of Chicago and a BS in Engineering Physics from Cornell University.
